Sorrento Valley is almost entirely business parks, tech offices and life-science campuses, so most of our work here is commercial. Companies call us when they move, downsize or refresh a floor — we haul desks, cubicle panels, chairs, conference furniture and old electronics.
We handle non-hazardous items only. Lab chemicals, biological waste and regulated materials need a licensed hazardous-waste hauler, but we can clear the office furniture, shelving, packaging and general junk around them.
Warehouse and flex-space tenants along Roselle Street and Carroll Canyon use us for racking, pallets and overstock.
We can quote Sorrento Valley commercial jobs from photos or a quick walk-through, with one price for multi-truck jobs.
Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our 15-cubic-yard truck — from about $130 for a small load to roughly $900 for a full truck, with curbside pickups priced lower than full-service carry-out. You get a firm, all-in price before we start, and same-day or next-day pickup is available seven days a week.
Fees, hours and what each facility accepts. Or skip the trip: we pick up the same day.
